With the start of a new year, we reflect on the past year and where we are personally and professionally.  Our business, our staff, our family, and our own self seem to change in ways we do not recognize unless we take a moment to reflect. Our goal for the new year is to provide our patients, families, and staff a way to grow personally and professionally while we reflect back on the previous year and the road we have traveled to get to this place. 

Speaking of traveling, our family loves to travel together to our favorite places! We love to hike in the great outdoors together. Hiking on a long unknown path is very much like the path we travel in life. The path is so much easier to navigate when we stick together, encourage those who fall behind, and watch out for each other along the way. There are beautiful risky views to find if we only step out in faith a little to walk the path. Sometimes along the path, there are times when we have to call each other out for being out of line for everyone’s safety. The end goal is the group's goal and we all know the end goal when we start. That goal is to get to our destination to reap the rewards of a long, sometimes treacherous steep path and at the end of our path is a beautiful waterfall, view, or satisfaction of reaching our goal.
